At Narrative Church we believe it is important for us to understand the meal we are taking together when we come to the Lord’s Table. We offer instruction for our students who are prepared to learn about this meal (usually around grades 4 to 6). This simple process involves the study of scripture, instruction, a few quizzes, and a sit down with Pastor Ted. Parents are asked to walk through this process with their children.
Not a child but want to learn about the Lord’s Supper? You can walk through this course as well!
The process is straightforward, six short lessons on what the Lord’s Supper is, its importance in the Christian life, and how we approach the meal. Each lesson consists of a YouTube Video, scripture to look up and discuss, and a short quiz. The quiz is not to grade you, but instead gives Pastor Ted a jumping-off point to discuss communion with you when you’ve been through all the lessons!
